In order to reach long term goals, training may be required for an extended period of time. These packages come with discounts for purchases with that in mind, or if multiple clients wish to work together. He currently practices Krav Maga, and teaches as well at Hampton Fitness and Premier Martial Arts in West Linn, Oregon. Soren also has studied Tae Kwon Do, Kajukenbo Tum-Pai, and Pai Lum Kung Fu when he was younger, and offers basic self defense courses with basic boxing drills, grappling escapes, and basic fitness. Currently, he is certified as a Personal Trainer and has specialized as a Senior Exercise Specialist and a Youth Exercise Specialist with the American Council on Exercise. Soren has experience on swim team and as a swim instructor and will help with basic floats, strokes, safety techniques, or will help refine the strokes themselves.
